Abhishek Bachchan (Hindi: अभिषेक बच्चन, Abhiṣek Baccan; Urdu: ابہشیک بچن; * 5. Februar 1976 in Bombay) ist ein indischer Schauspieler.
Biografie
Seine Eltern sind wie er selbst Schauspieler.Sein Vater ist kein anderer als Amitabh Bachchan und seine Mutter ist Jaya Badhuri Bachchan.Ebenso hat er noch eine Schwester namens Shweta.Er war vor der Heirat mit Aishwarya mit Kareena Kapoors Schwester Karishma Kapoor verlobt, jedoch trennten sie sich 2003.
Seit dem 20.April 2007 ist er mit Aishwarya Rai verheiratet.
Seine Schauspielkarriere begann im Jahr 2000 mit dem Film REFUGEE mit mäßigem Erfolg.Den Durchbruch brachte ihm 2004 seine Rolle in dem Film YUVA.Jedoch hatter er seinen Großen Erfolge erst seit 2004 in dem Film DHOOM.Seit dieser Zeit zählt er zu den Superstars der indischen Schauspieler.
